Biography
I come from a place where questions matter more than answers. Physical theatre naturally became my playground – a space to dig, explore, and attempt to answer questions that the sciences, my childhood passion, could never fully satisfy. Yet, the body remains at the heart of it all, as my starting point, my tool, my memory – telling stories despite itself, or perhaps thanks to it. It is through the body that I seek to explore what escapes words.
After studying Literature at the University of Lausanne, I pursued a Bachelor's in Physical Theatre at the Accademia Dimitri, graduating in September 2024. There, I discovered my love for multidisciplinary theatre, where movement, matter, and storytelling come together. Since leaving school, I co-founded the company Minuit moins une with Mathi Le Coultre, with whom we created an inter-university festival. I've also had the opportunity to work with Ladder Art Company. Through these experiences, I enjoy questioning boundaries, stage design, and aesthetics.
Artistic approach
What remains of a being when the gaze of the other disappears?
This is the question that drives my exploration of my solo – a construction site, a space for excavation and attempts, where process and research, though sometimes uncomfortable, are essential to me. I am drawn to often overlooked territories, to stories we prefer to ignore. For me, physical theatre becomes a way to reclaim these narratives, to give them a voice, make them exist. Reveal what escapes us. Make space.
Crossing the void. Listening to the silence. Accepting no longer being seen, and finally, meeting oneself.
